Barbecue King Salmon Dinner

 
The most important element of this recipe, in fact the most important part of any Salmon dinner, is that the Salmon MUST be Wild Alaska Salmon. No other Salmon has the flavor or the freshness, and make sure the fish has never been frozen.

Ingredients
 
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
2 tbspn capers
1/8 tspn salt
1/8 tspn freshly ground black pepper
4 lemon slices
3 lime wedges
1 cube unsalted butter

 


Preparation
